Depending on availability, purchases may be made either directly through Gesuphus.com or through the assistance of our online personal shoppers.
Product Availability
Gesuphus products available for purchase online include men suits and dress shirts, women suits, handbags, wallets, shoes, luggage, jewelry, timepieces, and cufflinks. All products from this website are subject to availability; as necessary, we reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply; supply only part of an order or to divide up orders. We also reserve the right to alter the terms or duration of any special offers or sale promotion. We will inform you if we are unable to fill your order.
Pricing and Payment Options
While we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the merchandise you have ordered, we will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled.
Title to any products you order on this website, and risk of loss or damage to products, passes to you on delivery of the products, provided that we have received payment in full for the products.

The transaction will be charged to your credit card only after we have verified your card details, received credit authorization, and confirm stock availability, and your order is ready to be shipped. Your credit card will not be charged at the time you submit your order.
Sales Tax

Please note that your on-screen transaction total reflects estimated tax. The actual sales tax will be calculated when your order is shipped and may vary from the estimated tax.
Shipping and Delivery
For security reasons, Gesuphus online purchases may be shipped only to the billing address of your credit card and will require a signature upon delivery. In addition, purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses, which are not available through the mailing companies in the United States of America.
All purchases are shipped via United Poster Service, USPS, or Federal Express. To estimate the total delivery time for your purchase, please allow one to two business days to process your order for shipment, in addition to the time indicated by your preferred shipping method. i.e. Federal Express next day, second-day, ground. Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Gesuphus cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays.
Tracking
A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped. In addition, we will email a delivery confirmation once we receive notification from Federal Express that your purchase has been delivered.
To ensure the security of you delivery, we do not provide tracking numbers, but maintain tracking number for each delivery. If you have questions about the delivery of your purchase, a Gesuphus online personal shopper will be pleased to assist you via email at assistance@gesuphus.com.
Returns
Gesuphus wants to ensure your complete satisfaction. For Gesuphus online purchases, we will accept merchandise not worn, used or damaged for a full refund when accompanied by the original sales slip. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as payment. Full-priced merchandise must be returned within 5 days from date of delivery; however, sale merchandise must be returned within 3 days of delivery. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Easy-to-follow instructions for returning merchandise are included with each shipment. Every effort will be made to ensure a prompt refund and send an email notification once the return has been processed.
Changes/Cancellations
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please send an email as soon as possible to assistance@gesuphus.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request; however, once a product has left our premises for shipping, the purchase cannot be cancelled or modified until the product has been returned to us. In this case, please refer to our return policy and return your purchase once you have received it. Unavailable Items
While we make every effort to fulfill your order, occasionally certain items may be unavailable. We will notify you via email if we are out of stock on an item that you have ordered. Any changes will be removed from your order total and will be reflected on your shipping invoice. Unfortunately, once an item is out of stock it will no longer be available to order online since we do not backorder.
Changes/ Cancellation
Our goal is to provide the fastest possible service by processing orders within one business day of receipt. There is a good possibility that by the time you call with a change or cancellation, your package could already be on it's way to you.
